Fast Type: Daniel Fast (plant-based, no meats, sweets, or processed foods)
Purpose
We fast to draw closer to God, silence the flesh, sharpen spiritual focus, and walk into greater clarity, strength, and Kingdom power.
How to Participate
1.Commit to the 21 days (or select an alternate option below).
2.Follow the food guidelines.
3.Pray daily using the themes and Scriptures.
4.Join corporate prayer:
•Mondays at 7PM EST — Zoom Prayer Call (45 min)
•Sundays at 9:30AM — In-Person Prayer (30min)
5.Expect God to meet you with fresh strength and breakthrough.
Food Guidelines (Daniel Fast)
Allowed
•Fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds
•Whole grains (oats, quinoa, brown rice, barley)
•Water, 100% juice, herbal teas
•Natural seasonings, olive oil
•Honey or maple syrup used lightly
Avoid
•Meat, dairy, eggs, seafood
•Sugar, sweets, artificial sweeteners
•White flour, yeast-based breads
•Fried or heavily processed foods
•Caffeine, carbonated or energy drinks
